I have created a form and am now trying to create an account and on the free account creation page it will not allow me to type in the username box. Without a username in the field it will not let me proceed with creating a free account. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or (502) 491-1290. Thanks!

This is a known issue that has come to our attention over the last few days. Our developers are trying to resolve the problem but in the meantime one of our users claims that pressing the [Alt] key while typing the username allows the characters to be entered. Please try this workaround and let us know if it works.
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused while we work to fix this ASAP.

It is allowing me to type the username if I use Firefox. However, I cannot access the file I've already designed in Internet Explorer since it is just saved under my IP Address or something. I designed it as a guest and since IE won't let me create an account I can't save it under anything. Please let me know how I can gain access to my form once I create my account on Firefox. Thanks!

It's my understanding that if you sign up for a Free account using the same email address you would have used for a Guest account, any forms created under the Guest account will be automatically imported into the Free account.
If this is the case and you can type in the username when signing up for a new account in Firefox, try signing up with the same address used when you signed up for the Guest account and see if you can recover the file that way.
