    Integration with ItDUZZIt gives unauthorized access error

    Hi

    I am trying to make a duzzit for my contact form I get this message :

    There was a problem. Could not activate the Cloud-to-Cloud integration. There was an error. 401 You're not authorized to use (/form/40564198215254/webhooks) 

    Could it be possible that I need to upgrade my account to be able to integrate itduzzit and jotform?

    How exactly do you currently have your itDUZZit configured? Where exactly are you finding the Integration Access Denied Error when you come across it? I checked the webhook integration with your connection from our end including a test on my testing account and I am not experiencing any issues nor am I finding it at the moment. So right now I think it may have possibly been a temporary issue. Can you please try this again now to double-check it on your end and let us know if you are still experiencing issues with this webhook?

    Hi KadeJM - my issue was actully resolved by itDUZZit support team.

    They were able to figure out that the JotForm API has to be set to FULL ACCESS and not read it only.

    I switched it and all is good! Thanks
