I would like to add a simple password to my website.

Is there a way to do that with jotform?

Please let me inform you that it is not possible to use Password fields in our forms. Jotform does not have log in features to be used in the forms. Note that creating log in forms, forms asking for username, password, facebook log in details are not allowed in Jotform as it is against our terms of use. So we do not recommend you to do such action as it will cause the suspention of your account.

As my colleague said it is not possible to have login/password fields as this will cause your form to be disabled.

But it is possible to create conditions that if a person inserts a specific code they will see your form.

You can check and clone the example form:

    Please insert the code: 052hd

You can learn more about conditional logics here.

Kindly let us know if you need more assistance.
