Can you include the payment section of the form in your submission report?

    I posted a bit ago about the text box, found another post and figured out how to have the text box show up in the Submission report.

    Now, as I want a copy of the full contract as my client filled it out, I need the Payment section to be included in the Submission report, showing which boxes she checked (and therefore which services she's signing up and paying for)....without that I do not have an essential part of the contract.

    Getting so close - is there any way to make this show? Right now it shows the Title of the Payment section, but where the check boxes would be, it's just a " - "

    Every filled fields should appear on the submissions report. For the payment section, once the product has been successfully paid on the payment gateway like Paypal, it should show the payment info along with the selected products on your form submissions page, otherwise there will be nothing to be displayed. If the payment was pending and you've marked it as completed, there will be no payment info to be processed since pending payments are abandoned payments when the user are redirected to the payment gateway.
