    How can I fix my form so I get email notifications?

    I am now having an issue with getting my email notification.  When I use the test button from your site it works fine, but when someone submits through my site, I never get the notifications.  Please advise.

    Our email logs currently show that email notifications are indeed being sent out to your email address:

    For testing purposes I appended my email address to your form to perform a test submission:


    And I did recieved the email on my end:


    I would suggest to try adding the domains used by jotform to your whitelist.
