I am now having an issue with getting my email notification.  When I use the test button from your site it works fine, but when someone submits through my site, I never get the notifications.  Please advise.

    Thanks!

Our email logs currently show that email notifications are indeed being sent out to your email address:

    Current Server: /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[27/Feb/2014:00:18:03 -0500] 33455085955160 AmazonSES Sent email to mark@musicmanevents.com - MessageID:0000014471c7304e-1ddf33a8-f418-4ab2-a5d0-9b0da5616dd8-000000 - RequestId:884810a9-9f6e-11e3-9e64-eb023cb4f35d

For testing purposes I appended my email address to your form to perform a test submission:

And I did recieved the email on my end:

I would suggest to try adding the domains used by jotform to your whitelist.

    ·        jotform.com

    ·        email.amazonses.com

    ·        amazonses.com

    ·        jotform.co

    ·        secure.jotform.co

    ·        s3.amazonaws.com

    ·        static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

    Review this guide as well:

Or contact your email service provider to find out why the emails are being rejected. Alternatively, you can also try a different email address from another domain.
