    Greetings,

Due to HIPAA compliance, forms in the HIPAA-enabled account can not be transferred to another account. This is only possible when HIPAA is disabled, which is not recommended as it involves data decryption and that is a complicated process.

Should you have any questions then please let us know.

    Thanks

I had the same question regarding the transfer of a HIPAA-enabled form to another jotform account. Is there any way around this and/or can this be done through Jotform support. We'd like to be able share the structure of our form with other agents (obviously not the date, just the form).

Unfortunately, transferring HIPAA-enabled forms is prohibited according to its compliance. However, if you only want the form structure, you may consider cloning the form instead.

    Hope this information helps.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the response. I'm not sure cloning will really help as the cloned form is still inside a HIPAA-enabled site and for that reason, I'm presuming I won't be able to share the cloned form with another Jotform account. Would you agree?

    Thanks

You are right, it is not possible to let other account clone forms from HIPAA accounts, I just confirm that by trying to clone one of my HIPAA test forms in one of my free test accounts.

I am afraid that there is no way around this for HIPAA forms.
