I get test emails but I don't get real emails from my site

Asked by Surgis on February 27, 2014 at 07:58 AM

I created the following form http://form.jotform.us/form/40566357966165.  When I hit test, it sent an email to my inbox at surgis@hotmail.com.  I embeded the form here: http://www.surgisac.com/p/employment-opportunities.html.  When I fill out the form I don't get an email.

Could you take a look please?

I checked your form and found that you have no email recipient listed as it is empty (See Screenshot Below) so this is why you are not receiving anything since the form doesn't know where to send anything when it is filled in and submitted to you. Whereas when you hit the " Test Button " this would automatically Test it by sending it to your Account Email Address and that is why it works for that. Please see setting up email notifications for further help.

Alternatively, You could also just delete the email notification and add a new one which would rebuild it and prepopulate it again using your account email address by default.

Thanks for your help.  It's been a while since I set up a form.  Early senility.
