New My Forms page: Approval flow is not cloned with the form when cloned from clone option in the more menu

    Here is a help article that I found on JotForm that another user was having this issue. However, I do not see the resolution - https://www.jotform.com/answers/3381402-clone-form-approval-doesnt-get-copied-to-the-clone-version

    Hi,

    Thank you for the very clear screenshot. I can see that the Approval workflow indeed is not copied with the cloned form.

    I tried cloning the form and on the first try, I was able to reproduce the issue.
    I cleared your form cache, and on the second try the Approval flow was cloned together with the form:

    Seems like clearing the cache has resolved the issue. Could you kindly try to clone the form again?
    If the Approval flow would not be cloned, I can move the form I cloned to your account.

    Hello Elenor,

    I was able to reproduce this bug from my side, I'll escalate this issue to our developers team and will get back to you once we have an update regarding this bug.

    Till then you can use an alternative way to clone your form which is the second method mentioned in the below guide.

    Absolutely, thank you for being diligent in assisting to get them resolved!
    I have to look back through my tickets to see which one of the agents
    advised once my issues were resolved they would get my 50% discount added
    back on there if the issues were not resolved before it expired.
