We would like to upgrade to the Premium plan. Are there different rates for nonprofits? Also, can you remove the tax from the price?

    Hi Liz,

I am truly sorry to say but we do not have any special pricing available for non-profit organizations or any similar. We like to keep our pricing structure simple as it is. I would highly suggest to try yearly and bi-yearly plans since they are already highly discounted. Please refer to our pricing page to find out this.

By the way, the tax are imposed by our payment processor which we have nothing to do anymore. They asked this because they are required to. However, tax are only required for EU countries as far as I know not within the American community.

Should you have further questions, let us know here.

    Regards!
