    I can't get conditions to work

    I'm trying to set it up so that a customer's selection in "pick your package" determines which page s/he goes to next.  As far as I can tell, I have set up the conditions properly, but no matter what I choose, hitting "next" just moves me to page two.  I'd definitely appreciate help.  Thanks!

     

    Addendum:  I have since tried making two other forms from scratch.  Same problem.

    Yep. Something certainly seems to be wrong with that form. For some reason page 2 is not being skipped. Deleting all of the conditions and replacing them with new ones didn't help either.

    I'll submit a ticket and see if we can get this problem resolved ASAP.

    I have tried creating an entirely different user and making the same form - still won't work.  Would upgrading to professional help the situation?  I'm pretty desperate to get this going.

    Hi,

    Sorry for butting in. The report ticket for this bug has been tagged as "Important", meaning it will have a very high priority on our development team's todo list.

    While upgrading to Professional would certainly help add a sense of importance on new support threads opened by a user, I am not sure if the same would apply with support tickets which are handled by Jotform's higher level  support people - our supervisors and developers.

    One thing I can assure you is that whenever there is a bug that is reported, other things being worked on by our devs temporarily take a backseat to give way to have these bugs fixed the soonest time possible.
