after i press the action of approval / denied, supposedly will transfer me to the page of details, but it shown nothing.

Hi Athena,
I cloned your form, but was unable to reproduce the issue on a cloned form.
When I select an action from the email, the Inbox opens correctly.
I have cleared your form cache. May I ask you to try if it would work correctly now?
If you would still experience the issue, could you also try to clone the form to see if it would make any difference?
