System will not allow upgrade

I can see that your subscription was already expired since December and your account was still set as Premium that might be the reason why you are having problems upgrade your account. I wont set your account back to Free as it might trigger an overlimit to your account. Please make sure you are logged in as nvp1996 then go to our pricing page and upgrade to Economy or Professional.
