What happens to forms where there is a "high traffic" error?

    I recently had a user contact me to let me know they received this error when trying to submit their form. We use your service to do a lengthy application and so I hoped to find this form stored somehwere in the dashboard. It wasn't with those pending payments so I was wondering if it was stored anywhere else or if it was lost.


    I was also curious how often this error occurs. I have expeirenced it when editing forms, but didn't realize users would when submitting them. Thanks for your help.

    We had a brief downtime yesterday, which may very well could have caused this.

    We sincerely apologize for that. This happens quite rarely, and we are normally quick to respond.

    About the Submission with the error:

    Unfortunately, without clicking on 'submit', their responses are lost. Very Sorry about that.

    But, you can overcome that from now by activating the autofill feature which saves their responses as they fill the form.

    This feature will remember form answers and responses if the form user comes back later.
