We have a basic RSVP form on our website that sends an autoresponse email based on the user's selection of the event for which the user would like to RSVP.
When the user chooses to RSVP to event A and submits the form, an autorespond email specific to event A is sent to the user as an RSVP confirmation. When the user chooses event B, an autorespond email specific to event B is sent, and so on.
Twice we have had the content of those autorespond emails disappear entirely and be replaced with "Undefined". I've checked the revision history and with everyone who has access to editing the form, and there is no indication any of us deleted the content of the autorespond emails.

The problem appeared previously, on Feb 15, 2014, with the autorespond email linked to the Chicago Feminist Renaissance, and yesterday it occurred with the autorespond email assocated with the Newcomers Social and/or Premium Educational Event.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Upon checking your form and it's notification auto-responder, I did not find any issue with that. There are several conditional auto-responders in your form.
I would suggest you to copy of the submission email and paste it here in the forum post including the subject line of the email and the recipient email address. This will help us find out which condition / auto-responder is displaying the undefined value.

I already know which condition/autoresponder displayed the undefined value.
It occurred on Feb 15 with the autorespond email linked to the Chicago Feminist Renaissance (confirmation email title Feminist Renaissance Confirmation), and yesterday it occurred with the autorespond email assocated with the Newcomers Social and/or Premium Educational Event (titled Social/Edu Confirmation).
When I logged in to JotForm to check the form's autoresponder emails, the content of those two emails was gone and in its place was the word "undefined". As a result, users received autoresponder emails that said just that, "undefined".
Because this form gets used often, I edited the autorespond emails so they reflect the appropriate content, so they no longer say "undefined".
As you have already edited your auto-responder, I won't be able to replicate the said problem.
Do get back to us if this happens again and we will take a look. If this happens again, please do not edit / delete the problematic notification alert and just add a new one.
