How can a customer order products from multiple forms?

Asked by toledobanners on February 27, 2014 at 07:42 PM

We sell printed items that have a lot of options, so, for example, we need a different form for selling business cards and a different form for selling yard signs. How can we make it possible for a customer to buy business cards and yard signs without having to complete 2 unique transactions? In other words, can these forms be "rigged" to act like a shopping cart?

    Hello toledobanners,

Unfortunately, we do not have features similar to shopping cart.

What can be done is that you can add multiple products to display business cards / yard signs in one payment question only and add options for all these products you have.

You can also display category in your payment question to distinguish between the products of business cards and yard signs. The following guides should help you:

To add options in payment form: http://www.jotform.com/help/225-How-To-Add-Options-In-The-Payment-Form

    To add category:  http://www.jotform.com/help/178-How-to-Have-a-Sub-Category-Groups-or-Sub-Labels-on-a-Purchase-Order-Form

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
