We accept applications for our summer community pool every year.  I want to archive the forms received last year to be better able to keep track of how many forms we get in this year.

    Hi,

All the submissions received will be stored in one same "folder", the Submissions page. There is no way to archive submission. However, you can still know/compare how many submissions you received last year and how many you receive this year by using our Time Frame function in ur Submissions page:

There you can choose the time frame you wish to see the submission you received, you can also select a Custom Time Frame:

I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks

    Hello,

If you are referring to your forms being archived you can do so by choosing which form you want to archive.

Once the form has been archived it will moved to a folder named "Archive" then you will have an option to "Unarchive" your forms.

I hope I was able to answer  your question. If this not what you are aiming to do please let us know.

We understand you have a similar question but this seems to be a new question unrelated to the original user here so I have moved it to this new thread found here. We ask that in the future you please open up any new questions in a new thread and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
