We have a form that accepts payments via Authorize.net. A few of the payments are coming in with a payment of "Total: 0.00 U". Additionally, those payments do not contain and credit card information and are not showing up in our authorize.net account. Can you tell us why this is happening and what it means?

The Payment is not-required. Your customers would be able to skip it, and when you receive it, you'll only see the total as zero. You may consider making it as required.
