Re-editing an existing submissionAsked by amhomelife on February 28, 2014 at 01:34 PM
I have tried on a couple of occasions to edit an existing submission, but it doesn't appear to "save" the edits. I tried the re-submit button and also the refresh button at the bottom of the screen, can you let me know how we "save" the edits that we make.
You have to re-submit the form after editing it so it updates the data on the submissions page and on the data grid below. You will also received a submissions notification with "EDIT" tag.
If you are not able to re-submit the form by clicking the submit button of the form, please refresh your browser's cache and fill the form again. Make sure there are no required fields that are left blank.
If you still encountered the same problem going forward, update us here so we can assist you further.
