Unfortunately, this is not possible within Jotform. A similar question has been raised before, and was answered by our higher ups. According to them, Jotform has no plans of implementing such a feature.
Jotform is not supposed to be used as a tool for creating member registration/login forms, that is why email validation, as well as password validation, will never be included in our software.
To get your form's source codes:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click Source
4. Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen
Hope I was able to shed some light on your question. Feel free to search or ask around the forum if you have other queries or concerns.

I hope your principals will reconsider this unfortunate decision (i.e. not provide e-mail entry validation), or, even better, a real-time validation, because:
(a) The absolute majority of your clients are using JotForm to create a Contact Us form;
(b) When e-mail is incorrect, a person who entered is more likely to blame recipients for bad customer service than him/herself for erroneous entry;
(c) It is such a simple function to implement on your end...
As far as the decision of not providing the validation edit fields, such as passwords fields -- that position is perfectly reasonable.
Thank you for providing such a phenomenally great utility. Hope it will continue to evolve, refine, and amaze in its depth and simplicity.

I do see how this feature could be useful, and you absolutely have a point there. I will try to submit this to our feature request list for our administrators to reconsider the said feature prior to the reasons given above. For the mean time, the best solution that i can suggest other than editing the full source code, is to use JotForm's Sub Label, Hint Example, and Hover Text.
This way, you'll still get your users double check everything, and you'll not get blamed for any misconceptions.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for using JotForm.

@gavnamu and Konstantin
You'll be pleased to know that there's now an option available in the form builder to add a "Confirm Email" field. Please see emrew86's post here.
