    Upon checking your form I could notice that you are using a secure (SSL) version of your form:

    The https://secure indicates a secure (SSL) form.

    I reset your SSL counter to 0 but we can only do this once. To prevent future overlimit issues you can start using a non-secure version of your form. To do that please go to "Setup and embed" >"embed form" and uncheck the "secure form" option:

    Then you need to embed the form again in your site.
