Constant Contact: HIPAA Compliant Integration

Is it possible to add someone to an email list in Constant Contact after they submit a form on Jotform? If so, is there a way to have a person be added to a specific list based on the way they answer certain questions?

We do have an integration with Constant Contact, where you can automatically add persons to your lists upon submission.
However, it is currently not possible to use conditions to select to which list the person is added.

As a workaround, you can consider creating multiple forms with each having an integration to a different Constant Contact list. Then you can redirect the user to the correct form.
The idea would be the same as in this guide, but just for Constant Contact:

Thank you for responding and your answer. I was traveling so I'm just getting to this now. When I look at the options for email integrations, I do not see Constant Contact as an option. I see 7 options, none of them Constant Contact. Please let me know if I'm missing something or if Jotform is no longer integrating with them.

I apologize for any inconvenience. We do have a Constant Contact integration, however, it is not available for HIPAA Compliant accounts. At this time I have created a new request for our developers letting them know that a HIPAA Compliant CC integration is desired. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that this feature will be implemented. However, if there is an update on this request you will be notified on this thread.

In the meantime, please consider using Zapier to detect when a submission is made an transfer the provided email to Constant Contact.

Thank you for your response. This is quite unfortunate because Zapier would be an added cost that I prefer not to pay. I hope the developers add this feature and they do it quickly because it is a burden to not have this feature. Thank you.

I've received an update from our developers that Constant Contact is available for HIPAA accounts.
However, PHI-enabled fields cannot be mapped with Constant Contact fields. When you use the integration, please make sure that the fields you want to use are not marked as PHI.
If you would not see the integration selectable in your account, please let us know.
