Collaboration key: Remove a specific collaboration key for a specific form

    I see from the JF video how to change a "SHARE TABLE" permission for a team member, but there does not appear to be a method to revoke the form>Edit>Collaboration link.


    How do we end the collaboration? This is a security propblem.

    I have several collaborator keys. How do I know which one goes with which Jotform?

    Hi there,

    Every collaborator key has the form ID embedded in it (as indicated below). You can search your form list using this ID to find out the target form.

    You are showing me the collaboration link. I asked about the collaboration key. Please see the attached screen shot of the API screen showing 3 collaboration keys. There is no identifying information as to which key goes to which form.

    Hi,

    As per checking, the collaboration key in the API settings cannot be tracked to which form it is associated. I will escalate this issue to our developers so they can check it and remove it firsthand. I will inform you via this support thread as soon as I have more information.

    Hi,

    Authorized API keys added the Authorized APP section.

    You can check this issue on the account>API page.

    Hope this information helps.
