I would like to turn off the reCaptcha on my form https://www.jotform.com/211327253577052

it's a real inconvenience for my customers and makes them not to answer my form.

Are you submitting the form multiple times? Please note that our system will automatically add a captcha field when multiple submissions are received from the same IP address in a short period of time to prevent spam submissions.

Please provide us the IP address to which the issue is related so we can whitelist them.
