When I receive a notification of a submission, it omits the address of my applicant. This was working fine yesterday and today this field is suddenly not showing up on my end as the manager of the form. I tested the form several times today and the field remains blank when I view the submission.

Hi, maybe there was a glitch during time, cause I just did a test and I see the address appears there:
