Is Jotform available in different languages/countries?

Asked by Kathryn Leung  on February 28, 2014 at 08:11 PM

    Hi,

I've used Jotform.com with my previous company's work. We would use it for everything- from having people sign up for events, meetings, or just trying to get simple information from people. Now I am working in China, and our company badly needs something like Jotform. My questions are:

    1. Is Jotform available/does it work in different languages, e.g. simplified Chinese?

    2. Do you have any previous China-based customers? (I'm trying to figure how well it would work with the firewalls, etc)

I'm looking forward to your response!

    Thanks in advance.

    Warm Regards,

Yes, You can use JotForm in different languages. On the Form Builder (Bottom Right Corner) you can find additional languages to use with your Form Builder.

We do have China-based users/customers. Do note that eventhough basic functionality may work fro the site and forms. The firewalls may be tricky and may block some of ther services provided by jotform. e.g. Apps & Widgets. In any case you are welcome to try it out.

    Thank you!
