I am having a problem. I have all of my forms set up the way below but because all of the sender e-mail addresses are the same the e-mails all accumulate as one. The new Yaho bundles all e-mails from the same address then lets you expand each e-mail. I don't like it but if the e-mails could come in with a different address each time like the address of the actual sender that would work fine. How can I make this happen?

Unfortunately that is not possible. The email address used on the Sender Email address can be only those you configure to use on the Form's Email Notification Settings, and not some randomly generated Sender E-mail Address. In which case I would advise to disable the grouping of emails from Yahoo! Mail, like so:
