We created this form to acrue information about our potential clients and their needs.

WHen the form posts, the box selections that they make are not showing up on the email sent to me as a test. We need this information.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Seth,

I have just cloned your form at http://www.designpulse.biz/data_site_access_form/

and submitted it to myself.  I see the "I am interested in" field correctly in the email.  Do you need to see checkboxes in the email?  I'm afraid that the best you can do is list the selected option.

Currently your notification email is unformatted.  The fastest way to get it back to the nice table layout is to just recreate the notificaiton email.  Remember also that any edits you make to the form wont show up in the notification so you need to update that seperatly.   If you are still having difficulties please get back to me and I'll try to help you further.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

    Daniel,

THanks for getting back to me.

I need to receive the post data to include the checkboxes. Currently that information is not posting to the test form I set up.

Also, the formatting in the response email is important.

I need to be able to speak with someone about this. Is there a number to call or can you call me back?

    Thanks.

By the way, I'm not sure where you responded to my requests, but I did not receive an email with your response. Did you send one out?

    Hello,

I don't think it is possible to include the checkboxes inside the email.  Also, the feature that you're looking for requires some back-end conditional programming.  But if you have your own website and you have a programmer, you can take advantage of Jotform's POST submission feature and then you can format your own emailer script.

If you are interested to know more about this suggestion, please do let me know.  I can give a more detailed explanation on how can this be implemented.

    Thanks,

    liyam

Seems like I'll be correcting myself on this one, I tried out something and it seems that this can be worked on.  Please hold while I'm making a sample code for you to paste inside your email notification.

    Thanks,

    Liyam

Sorry if I kept your hopes up.  I tried using Smarty programming on the email notification content and it did not work.  I guess I'll have to stick to that alternative solution that I have provided.

    Warm regards,

    Liyam

    Thanks guys,

Seth to answer your question about the email.  It should be emailed out automatically when a support member responds to a post.  Have you received any from either Liyam or my follow ups?

    Thanks,

    Daniel
