PLEASE HELP MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED!

    please help me, my account just got suspended.

    It says it is for fishing.

    Please look up my other forms, you'll see that I have never done anything illegal  and now my reputation is in jeopardy.

    I am just a designer and I set up forms for clients from time to time.

    Today I was setting up a mockup form with a password field, and that had to be why my account was suspended because it happened right after that.

    You are welcome to delete this form, I don't care, I just need my account back.

    Please understand that this will not happen again, I will not set any password fields every on any of my forms.

    Please help me, I only have a few clients and if I loose them, I don't know what I will do.

    i really didn't know I couldn't have a password field on a form.

    Please check my other forms, I am not a scammer or spammer.  I am just a designer.

    Please reply.

    I sent 3 emails already to find out what is going on, but as far I haven't received any replies.

    There is also no phone number to call.

    I have been a loyal paying and free costumer for a long time.

    Please help me get my account working again.

    I don't want to loss any clients because of these.

    Hi Dave,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Our anti phishing filter automatically suspended your account because of "FinishLine: Members Login" form. This form contains or asking username and password which violates our terms of use.

    Just want to let you know that forms like registration form, signup form, login form,.etc. that contains or asking username and password is not supported by JotForm. 

    We have now deleted this form and re-activate your account. It should be working fine.
