I am looking for ways to integrate this into my business

    I have a few requests/questions:

    1. What is the best way to search for submissions/orders? I know I can create a table, but is there a live search option? I need my counter attendant to be able to lookup someone's purchase quickly and easily. (I am open to using your system, or if you have a 3rd party app you suggest to integrate, I'm open to that too!)
    2. Is there a way to create an expandable drop down menu? Where for example, a client can click on a menu that says "choose gym", and then when they click on their gym name, it expands a new list of teams at that gym's location for them to choose from.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

You can integrate the form into Google Spreadsheet. It will automatically sync form submissions to your spreadsheets and update your data in real-time. Please check this page for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-how-to-integrate-forms-with-google-sheets/

To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new ticket. Please check my reply on this page: https://www.jotform.com/answers/3407203

    Thank you!

Thank you for your response. It looks like whenever the spreadsheet is created in Google Sheets, it is missing the first half of the order form information. Do you know how I can set it up where I can see those values on the spreadsheet.

    Hello,

Are you referring to this form? https://www.jotform.com/form/212785810693160

Could you please try removing Google Spreadsheet integration and add it back again?

This happens whenever you integrate the form to Google Spreadsheet and you added more products to the form. I suggest, completing the form before integrating it into the Google Spreadsheet or you can just re-integrate it.

Please try it and if the issue still persists, share a screenshot of the issue so we can test it and try to replicate it on our end.

Let us know how it goes. Thank you!

The google sheet was created after the form had been completed. The portion that is missing has to deal with the Square transaction. We are needing to have it populate with what was chosen in the order.

If you don’t mind helping me with this, that would be great.

Also, with the sheet that is created through you guys website is there a way to simplify the square information that is displayed on the sheet? When populating the spreadsheet from there as a downloaded CSV it shows a lot of excess information that makes it hard to read.

Let me know if this makes sense to you or if you need to explain more. So sorry.

    Hi,

If you add a new field to the form, normally, you also need to re-integrate the Google Spreadsheet so it will be updated.

If you're completed the form, please remove the Google Spreadsheet integration and add it back again by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-how-to-integrate-forms-with-google-sheets/
