    I found an incomplete submission that the user wanted to complete. I "viewed" the form, clicked save, copied the link to return to the form.
    I send the link to the user and when they went into the form it was blank, all the data was gone!
    Why?????

    Hi there,

    It sounds like the saved form was overwritten with empty data, which was saved to the link session instead.
    Could you let us know which form did this happen on?
    We can try to see if the data would be saved in the Incomplete folder, but if it is not there, I am afraid that it is not possible to retrieve the answers.
