Power Automate: Flow connector receives blank survey responses

    Hi - we have noticed across all of our numerous Power Automate flows which use the Jotform connector that we will randomly get a completely empty submission sent to Power Automate rather than the submission content. This obviously breaks flows as it's not expecting it.

    Going into Jotform and re-submitting the form with no changes sends the submission through correctly.

    What is going on with these blank submissions? Happens on all of our forms randomly, roughly once or twice a week per form.

    I have already tried re-creating Jotform connection multiple times.

    Would appreciate you taking a look.

    This is the same issue as this ticket raised some 8 months ago: Jotform sometimes not passing values to Microsoft flow

    I can compensate by updating our flows but it's not great to have these random blank submissions!

    Thank you for reporting the issue.

    Could you send let us know those submission IDs that are arriving blank with some screenshots of the blanks in Power Automate?

    I have now escalated this thread to our Developer team. More information we have for our Integration team to troubleshoot the issue, faster we get it solved.

    Have you noticed any pattern in these submissions that arrive blank or has it been just random?
