Approval Workflow: The ability to change the outcome once the flow has been completed for a specific submission

You guys are so awesome. Love JOTFORM! One other question: once I have already completed an approval/denial for a specific submission, is there a way to go back and change it? We are using JOTFORM to manage covid vaccine exemption requests (medical and religious) and there are a few whom after originally decided, we are wanting to go back and change. So if I denied them before, is there a way in JOTFORM to now show that specific submission as approved?

We are glad that our builder could be a help to you! Currently, all Approvals/Denials are final. However, kindly allow me to escalate this ticket as a feature request to our back-end team. While we can't guarantee that it will be implemented, if/when our team has an update for you, we will notify you through this ticket.
