I wish to unsubscribe our current plan and downgrade to the free plan for the next few months.
the system does not appear happy to do this. It has referred me to you for assistance.
Can you please help

Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully downgraded your account. You will not be billed again, but your account will stay Premium until March 08, 2014 for the time you have already paid.
Your forms are intact. We will not delete forms when someone downgraded the subscription to Free version. It's just your submission limit will go back to 100 per month and 100MB Storage.
