    Hi,

We can provide you more with appropriate suggestions if we can view the form in your website.

Please share to us the URL of your website where you used the form.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

I am trying to add another form (membership renewal form) to my website and
I am not able to. I would like to add it to www.rmws.ca/memberships. I
would like to put it below the membership form.
    Thanks for you help.

    Hi Shelli,

I do see that two of your pages have nearly identical URLs:

    http://www.rmws.ca/memberships

    http://www.rmws.ca/membership/

The page that has the actual membership form embedded on is
    http://www.rmws.ca/membership/.

Kindly elaborate further on the location you would like embed your form. In any case we would suggest that the best method to embed the form would be the iframe method.

I have appended the iFrame embedded code of your renewal form. Kindly try adding this to your webpage:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.ca/form/40606699890266" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1332px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

    Hi,

Can you please take a look at the screenshot bellow if this is the issue that you are referring?

If so, you need to re-embed your form code using iFrame method were you have the ability to control the height of your form.

    Here's your iFrame code:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.ca/form/40606699890266" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1612px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance.
