I can't find the password button anymore

Thank you for contacting us.

Collecting username and password is not allowed in Jotform. You are violating our Terms of Use. After reviewing your account I found that you are using your form to collect password for Facebook and Travian. Your account will remain suspended as it violates our Terms of Use.
