    Hi:
when filling out the form on southshorelaw.net (

    webform: <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/40426518923152"></script> )

when information is filled out and captcha form correctly entered, it then takes the viewer to a second captcha only screen which is required to send.

    Why two captcha screens?

    Hi,

This doesn't happen when I test your stand alone form. http://form.jotform.us/form/40426518923152

The problem might be due to a conflicting script between the form and the existing scripts on your page  from where the form is embedded. The easiest solution in order to resolved this problem is to embed your form using iframe embed code. Here's how to get your form's iframe embed code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps!
