They sent me the invoice but they didn't send me the other information that I need to program my box

Please respond to the owner of the form that you filled out. You have reached the Technical Support Forum for the Jotform Form Builder: we cannot provide information on form submissions.
You will need to reach out to the company/person who owns the form you filled out.
