    ERROR MESSAGE "submission refused because an invalid aurgument" PLEASE ADVISE

    i am having trouble processing payments through the jotform with paypal intergration.  all the api credentials are testing fine but this error message keeps appearing: "submission refused because an invalid aurgument"

    Need help ASAP because our event submissions have just launched March 1st

    I think you are referring to this problem happening on your form here http://www.jotform.us/form/40347837248158 involving this matter, Please confirm. I inspected your form and did a test but it appears to have been a fluke since I'm not experiencing the same issue on my end. After testing this on your form it took me straight to PayPal to finalize the transaction. The same thing happened on another test with the CC Method when I had checked both of these from my end.

    I see you are in Safari and what appears to be on a Mac, Is that correct? What did you enter into your form beforehand that had lead up to that Error? Was this occurring after you submitted the form? Or? And when you experienced this problem I can see you are using Paypal Pro was this through the CC Option or PayPal Option? Both are controlled by paypal but work slightly different so if you could please specify where you saw the Error that would be helpful to know. Also, If there is any further details you can provide us with that'd be very much appreciated.

    I will additionally try to replicate the issue with further tests but this will take time and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
