We currently use Authrize.net for processing but we only use their e-check service not the credit crd processing. Is this compatible with jotform or is the only option available credit card?

Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately - we only support the Credic Card payment method at the moment- but I have submitted a feature request to that end.

Hi, Titus. Our organization also would love for the e-check feature to be added to the plugin. Any idea if that might happen or when? Just so you know, on the back end, the Authorize.net processing fees are lower for e-checks (significantly lower) than for credit cards, so there are many reasons ... customer choice and convenience, along with lower fees ... that companies using JotForm need this to be added. Pleeeeeeze. Can you tell I'm begging?

Titus - I would also like notification of this feature... It is a necessary option for my payment option... It is so important that I may have to find an alternative to jotform.

While we are at it, I would like to mention another addition related to the e-check request that would make the Authorize plugin more useful. We would like people to be able to choose when making a donation to add a percentage to their total for the credit card fee. I think I could manage this with the item purchase, but I don't think it's currently available for donations. The e-check service is free through the bank, so if we get that on the form, we would be able to push people toward that option if we could show that there is a charge for using a credit card.

Can you create a new thread about that addition? This way, we'll be able to create a new ticket and pass it to our development team.

Formassembly.com announced on Feb. 24 that they had added echeck to its form builder. We're trying to hang on, JotForm. Please add this feature! Pleeeeze!

Thank you for support, your vote is noted.
We receive a lot of different requests, so it is hard to tell when exactly the Authorize.net eCheck will be available. However, the feature request ticket is already assigned to one of our developers and marked as important, so that we will see it implemented at some point. We will keep you updated via this thread.
