Upload space - overlimit

    Why is it saying I am out of space and need to upgrade my membership when I have not even received 100 submissions?

    As per checking, our system shows you have very minimal usage.

    I have cleared your form cache instead. Kindly check it again and let us know if you need any other assistance.

    I am still struggling with access to my form. JOTFORM is telling me I have exceeded my submissions and have to pay to ugrade. I am a very small business and am confused as I thought Id be perfectly fine using the free version.

    Hello Taylorleahe,

    Your account is over the limit. You have exceeded the allowed space for uploads. Free plans account have a maximum of 100 MB of hard disk space allocated to them and at this moment you are using 139.38 MB of space.

    So your forms are not accessible.

    In order to proceed you must either:

    1) Delete some of your submissions. Or delete whole forms to make space available. You might want to download your data first.



    2) Upgrade to another plan with a higher storage limit:
