Your "Disable" feature is not working.

I was able to access a survey (from a separate computer) and still take the survey even thought it was disabled.  I really need a survey service where I can disable surveys when they are over.  Can this bug be fixed?

    Hi TheKirkReport

This seems more like a caching issue than a bug. When you say that you were able to take the survey, do you mean that, in addition to completing the questions, you were able to actually submit the form? If so, did you receive notification of the submission at the recipient address set for that form and/or did it show up on the form's Submissions page?

Incidentally, when I visited the address of the form in question, I was greeted with this:

Pease keep us abreast of this situation.
