Can I generate email payment acknowledgements to more than myself?

    I wish my accountant to receive details of all payments as well as my self. It only seens to generate automatic emails to the default mail, me.

    Each form needs to have a different and separate acknowledgement in addition to me.

    but form B adises me and John Smith

    Hi Ron,

    You can just add multiple Notification E-mail to the form to have a BCC type of e-mail.

    Please refer to this guide

    In the Recipient E-mail, you can add each of the target e-mail addresses. Each e-mail account will then be able to receive separate e-mails.

    I have tried that putting in a different address, but when I send a test email it defaults to my address.

    Hi Ron,

    Are you using the Test Email button in the notification?

    That button only tests the email address associated with your account. You would need to do an actual submission via the live form to test this functionality.

    I can understand that you wouldn't want to be sending test submissions to the other parties. If you have more than one email address, enter the others in the Recipient Email box. You can also use services like Mailcatch for this.
