Abrupt white screen when updating table submission on any 'Multiple Selection' column

I have a form for managing a restaurant's event coordination, especially with things like custom entrée selections for upcoming events. Customers go on our website and inquire about renting our banquet room. The form asks very few questions like Name, Date, Time, What type of event, Additional info, etc. The form itself is basic to the client.

When I look at the form via the Tables/Submissions view, I have added many extra columns which is only viewable by me. This is how I build out all the finer details of the event. Such as Desserts, Table Linen, Drink options, How many children attending, etc.

I always enter my data into the records via the Submissions/Tables view. I have no problem entering data into any column with text input, phone #'s, date field, etc.

The intermittent problem I have is with the "Multiple Selection" type of columns. I do have a few "Multiple Selection" columns which have up to 8 drop down boxes.

Example: 'Appetizers'. Then dropdown box #1 choices are
    Crab Balls - 1 Dozen
    Crab Balls - 2 Dozen
    Crab Balls - 3 Dozen

When I click into this field and select an option from the dropdown box and then click outside of the area or if I click to the next column, I get an abrupt white screen that doesn't do anything. Almost like a crash. It just sits there.

This also happens if I select an option from the dropdown box and press "Tab" button on keyboard or even "Enter" to make the selection. Anytime I try to leave that field/column, the jotform session crashes to white screen. See my steps and screenshots below:

1.) I click into the "Multiple Selection' type column Appetizers (Hot), which has several dropdown boxes available.

2.) Then I click on the 'Crab Balls' dropdown box and select a quantity (Ex: 4 Dozen)

3.) Then I click off of the 'Crab Balls' dropdown box within the column and you can see that my selection is there, as it should be.

4.) Since no other appetizers are needed, I'm about to click off of this active column. So I go to click around where the red 'X' is, with the mouse cursor/arrow.

5.) Then this happens right after I click. The entire jotform browser window is white and unusable. Then I'm forced to reload the page (F5).
The only thing I can do to circumvent this is to create a new row and above or below and just copy/paste all the data from the old row to a new row. This is tedious. Any idea why this keeps crashing on me?

Can you please give me a status update? This is continuing to happen and is very time consuming to rebuild each record.

This has been driving me crazy. I'm constantly recreating these records daily. I'm managing close to 100 events now.
