I've upgraded my account to the Premium status yesterday, but it has still not been updated. How long is 'shortly'? I urgently need the upgraded account by tomorrow! Thank you.

Upon checking your account I can see that you have paid your subscription to vkotek and not the vojtechkotekmr account.
