HIPAA Entries Not Visible in Inbox or Tables

    I have an issue resurfacing with one of our forms. Entries are not showing in the Inbox or Table view:

    Can you refresh our forms on the backend? I need help with this ASAP. Thank you.

    Hello @crantypas,

    There was a problem with our decryption process. It has been fixed and your submissions should be visible now.

    Could you please check your submissions again and let us know if the problem persists?

    Thank you for your help. This appears to be fixed, but I have a few entries that are still "blank" - any tips on how to get them all to update?
