How do I secure a form?

    We have had several customer tell us that the form we use from JotForm is not secure.   How do I make it an https:

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Your 'Click here' link is pointed to the regular http form.

    We provide both http and httpS links to every form, in order to get your httpS form link/embed code, go to Setup & Embed tab -> Embed Form icon -> select Secure form option, and copy your secure form link/code.

    I created conditions to show further fields when different radio buttons are chosen but they don't appear once these choices are chosen.
