    I want to purchase a Premium account but want to change my free user name.

    I currently have a free account as Tcase.  I want to purchase the Premium account for our office and would like to (if possible) tranfers my free account and the forms I have to the Premium account (for our office) but change my username from Tcase to IMoffice.  Is that possible.  I do not want to lose all the forms I have created for our office.  


    What is the best procedure for this?

    Only support staff can change the username of the account. IMoffice username is still available, I would like to confirm that you want Tcase to be changed as IMoffice username?

    I am not sure of the name of the person I am responding to but Yes, I do
    want to change my current username of Tcase to the new name that our office
    will use of IMoffice. Please make that change.
    After that has occurred, I will purchase the Premium upgrade as IMoffice.
    I assume therefore, that the forms I have already created and the Sub-user
    I already have will automatically be part of the new upgraded account under
    the name IMoffice. Is that correct?

    Upon your request, I have changed your account username to "IMoffice". 

    All your forms, submission records and sub user account remain intact. Please sign out and sign in to your account again with the new username.
