Jotform appointment into Pipe Drive

hi,

I am using Pipedrive integration on Jot form as it is our CRM system. We need a booking system on our jotform to book into the calendar on Pipedrive.
The appointment books in on the correct day - however it doesn't book in a time, it is just set as a general all day event

Would there be a reason for this?

We will be glad to help you with your concern. Here are the features that are only available to our Pipedrive integration:

• Add new contacts and update existing ones
• Add new deals
• Add an activity
• Add notes and files to contacts or deals

Are you looking to have the data submitted on your form appear in the calendar you have set up within Pipedrive? If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you are looking for a feature similar to what our Google Calendar can do (How-to-use-Google-Calendar-create-events-with-your-form/), is that correct? I'm afraid that the feature you are looking for where you can set a Start Time and End Time is not available to the Pipedrive integration.

I also checked to see if the integration you are looking for is available with Zapier but I'm afraid that it is not.

ok no worries - is there a way of separating the time and date in the conditions to allow to integration fields to pick up the date and time as separate fields?

You can use the Date Picker element to collect the "date" value and the Time element to collect the "time" value.

But this means you can't have specific booking times customers can select from?

You can use the Time Picker widget instead or create your own dropdown of hours and minutes.

Also, have you considered using the Appointment Slots field?

Yes, I am using the appointment slots which is working fine and does what I need it too. However when the information from my form is transferring to my CRM (Pipedrive) integration it isn't booking in the time/day correctly due to the format of the date and time together.
It would be good if I could extract the time and date as separate fields for the integration field - but having trouble doing this.

Unfortunately, the Appointment Slots field doesn't offer separating date and time.

However, and as a workaround, you can use the Date Picker widget for date and one of the widgets below for time.

What format is the date and time from the appointment widget coming out of jotform system?

Just so they can see if they reading system is matching up
