Instead of just a checkbox or radio button we need the person to be able show which options they view to be the most important and least. Possibly by putting a 1 for most important and 2 for least.

    Hello Luke,

If you do not want to use a checkbox question, you can achieve your requirement by adding a matrix field in your form. You can add two columns in your matrix field where your user can select options from both the columns for "Most Important" and "Least Important" options. Please check the screenshot below:

Please take a look at the following form and see if this is what you are trying to achieve: In this form, I have added two different ways to achieve your requirement. One where user can select which is most and least important, the other option to grade by selecting 1 for important and two for least.

Feel free to clone this form for closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!

    Thank you for your help.
This is what we are after; however, is there a way that you can only select one from each column?

The minimum selection only applies to checkbox if you want this using the matrix field you need to modify the form source.

Please see this sample if this is what you want In that sample you can only select 1 in each number.
