I want to creat a courier dispatch form where i need to create a column for the Consignee address. Now, we have a spreadsheet where all the address are already filled in. I want to put a drop down list in my courier form where the user can select the name of the consignee (Which are pre defined) and the address of the person automatically pops up in the form (at a predefined place). How can i do this so that the user don't have to fill in the address data again and again.

Unfortunately, we do not have such feature to pull the consignee address from excel spreadsheet or any external sources.
How many consignee address records you have? You can take advantage of our conditional logic feature to show hide address field based on the consignee selection. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/196-How-to-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Based-On-a-Single-Conditional-Entry
If number of consignee are more, using show/hide feature will surely get complicated. Another way to achieve your requirement is by downloading your form's source code and adding custom code to read the data from your excel spreadsheet and populate your form fields. To take this route, you should have some programming knowledge.
Hope this helps.
